If I understand this, the authorities would need to develop a test for the false SGF - 1000, using the genuine article for comparison purposes. They should already have a very good understanding of what a Dex positives look like. This would provide the opportunity to see whether they can find a difference between these and the signature produced by the false SGF-1000, Will they do this work? That's another story.
