Somewhere in the middle of this, Sid Fernando talks about how this whole investigation started. It was started by Jockey Club’s hiring of a private Intelligence company to investigate doping rings in horseracing. The investigation took place at three U.S. tracks. 

This investigation led to the FBI’s investigation and indictments.
