Terry responded to Miami Sid about betting the #4 horse in the fourth race 
by saying if you bet 2WP on all the #4 horses on the 12 race card you would 
have come close to doubling your money and I laughed.
Then I recalled an experience that Andy Beyer wrote about in his first book 
when he noticed the extreme bias at Suffolk Downs favoring the inside part 
of the track and reported that the #1 horse won the first 8 races on the 
card finishing 2nd in the final race.

That one didn't come in, but a $2WP on all #4 horses all 12 races (the 
venerable 4 horse method) returned $79.60 for the $48 investment.
