That was my thought, too ... let's look around and see what contains betamethasone and blame it on that. Apparently could find no human drug delivery patch containing it to blame it on a groom this time, so this. Even if what Bob says is 100% true, it's gotten to the point where it is hard to believe him. Bottom line either way: Trainer responsibility. Steve Asmussen used to have this problem all the time, but when they threatened to actually do something about it, all of a sudden his barn cleaned right up.
