No, the statement I posted was from a USADA press release and is in the BH article that Terry posted. The entire statement can be found online. Not money, the Inability for USADA to do what they do Best. Check their record. They track down and prosecute cheaters. Tagert lives for it and will Not participate in a program that cannot be 'credible and effective'. I have tremendous respect for the man and his organization. But racing wants to keep drugging up horses literally to death.
