[Derby] ADD LATE (clockerbob)

No mention of pre-existing conditions, ped or numbing meds used on the f ive fatalities at laurel in April by
vets. A third horse Excellorator, was vanned. Add Late:The track recently canceled live racing on April 8 ...... Two horses suffered catastrophic injuries training that morning in the same area on the main track.
