I will echo the sentiments of Sal & Carol this Holiday Season.Along with the HISA thoughts and thankful for this great game we love.I have said here for many years that a governing body would helpthis sport turn a corner for a better tomorrow and I look forward to a day of no race day meds. To ring that bell I would like to add that overalldo not bet races where lasix is permitted anymore. I may include them in a DDor other muti race wager bets if I have a horse to watch or a big number in a race I like. But most of my plays are in a single race so no lasix races are those I am playing. 
Thoughts on the Cup. Always a great day for racing when a safe day or days makes it even better.The best of each day for me, Fierceness and Auguste Rodan. HOY is a toughie this year.
The piece on 60 Minutes was disgusting for us who know the game. Those whodon't had to find it utterly appalling. So one more cheer for HISA making the game fairerwith more changes and penalties as well a healthier happier equine. And may those Vets and Trainers convicted in this sting never see a backside or apron again.
