Jockey Jareth Loveberry will not be able to ride Kentucky Derby runner-up Two Phil's in this Saturday's Grade 3 Ohio Derby at Thistledown because of an injury.......
Loveberry told TDN he may have injured his left arm when Artemus Citylimits, a horse he was riding at Canterbury Park on June 21, stumbled leaving the gate of the Dark Star Turf Sprint Stakes and “jerk my left arm.............
I never seen a horse stumble and fall?...........................................................Stumble out of gate yes but not while working or galloping
Loveberry was involved in an incident during training hours three days earlier when a horse he was aboard stumbled and fell.
Two Phils win the Ohio Derby as much the best.
