[Derby] Iowa HBPA, Grassley, Manchin, Ba Humbug ! (delmarkid)

Senate passes Spending Bill with HISA language in place after Iowa HBPA asked the (honorable) Chucky and Joe to amend the Bill. No amendment was made. The Bill has been sent to the House for a vote then on to the Prez. 
If you go to the Thursday issue of BH Daily you can read therubbish spewed by Jon Ross of the Iowa HBPA along with that of Eric Hamelback the CEO of the National HBPA, the last paragraph is a peach, a peach I say. Then we have the common sense of Congressman Paul Tonko who lays out the absolute truth of how HISA will help the game move forward in the manner he states. I would just add one word to it. Actually two words.
