Re: [Derby] CASH

We folks in Texas still have to use cash - we may never get out of the woods
and use ADW again. At least the tracks have a betting app that can be used
on track only - better than standing in line at the tote machines anyway.
But still have to cash out at the end of the day on premise with a teller.
The problem is the app is not stable and likes to go down daily, then you
have to go find the one employee that knows who to call to get it back up.
Usually a server security error to the tote interface. I can't be the only
one using it but it seems like it given the lack of support the app gets.

Given the pace of change in the betting landscape in New York, would anyone
care to give me odds on the "new" Belmont Park being totally cashless,
including the betting.

Of life in general. I went to the Belmont with zero cash.

Just my IPAD. Bet on line. Hit the second race exacta (By a nose). It paid
128-1. Money quickly sent to my bank account via ADW. Seriously what
horseplayer still uses cash with all the online options available

I also have a jersey fixed odds account for some racetracks. Just great,

Cash (what is that)

Allan
