CDI's business practices are ruthless no doubt. I don't think anyone agrees with what went down @ Hol, Cdr or AP.And they own others. But in the suspensions of both Baffert and Joseph you have to believe and in BB's case this comes down to rules, that are being broken. I've got no problem with either action. The trainers have the right to appeal. And I doubt they would take this action without substantial proof. Everyone following the rules in this game is a good thing and those breaking them and being punished is also a good thing.
