What totally irks me is the but it didn't change the outcome argument.  Who
cares???  If the rule is Zero, 21 picograms is a Violation and the penalty
is a DQ if the B sample comes back positive.
I'm not surprised he has an army of Pharmacologists.  But he should find
new ones given his 30 positives!

Training by chemicals at it's finest :(
